Thanks to you I am up and running great. Do you remember we tried downloading Security 360 and Advanced System Care from your website and kept getting the extension change .EFW File. It turned out that it originates from my CA security S/W. I had to shut off the security S/W and then download. It worked. Your Advanced Systems Care program found: 356 registry problems, 76 privacy sweep problems, 82 system optimization problems, and 6,350 security defense problems. It took care of them all. After that, all I had to do was increase my virtual memory and now it's running great. So Marc, thank you so much. If I can do anything for you, just let me know,(I mean that).
