 More on AVVC

AVVC is working on quickly transforming into a complete mobile marketing company. The AVVC stock has already made a rally a few weeks ago and leg 2 may be right around the corner!!

The stock has been slowly sneaking up the past few days so make sure it's on your watch list.

AVVC is implementing a strategy to become an app incubator, developer and marketer of mobile applications and related services on a global scale.

The mobile app industry is one of the most exciting industries out there right now and one of the fastest growing too.

It really only takes one good app to turn a company into a success story. The creators of Angry Birds, have turned their game into a Branding phenomena, with major video games, stuff animals etc.. Yahoo recently just bought an app company for $30M just a few weeks after the company was launched!

Could AVVC one day see the same fate?

Research firm IHS iSuppli has found that revenue from app stores is set to hit $3.8 billion by the end of this year!

In 2009 mobile app store revenues only stood at $830.6 million. What a boost!

AVVC President Jack Stevenson commented, "The demand for mobile applications has never been stronger, widely recognized in their ability to add value to both business-to-business and business-to-consumer communications. We believe we can gain a strong presence in the mobile apps space through various acquisitions to deliver additional shareholder value."

App Marketing Solutions, Inc. would be AVVC's first acquisition and could significantly put the company on the map. A definitive agreement is to be signed by June 30 of this year.

A study by GetJar, the world's second biggest mobile app store, has reported that downloads of mobile apps will jump to 50 billion in 2012!

This is a huge increase considering that in 2009, there were seven billion downloaded apps.

A mobile app is useless without a smart phone to use it on. How fast smart phones are selling is a driving force for the mobile app market.

According to research firm IDC show, global sales for smartphones increased 79.7% in Q1 2011 compared to last year!

Last quarter was simply unbelievable for smart phone sales and shipments.

Apple had 18.7 million devices shipped in 2011 rising from 8.7 million during the same period in 2010!

Samsung’s sales year-over-year went up 350% and HTC 229.6 percent!

And HTC shipped 8.9 million devices in Q1 2011 compared to only 2.7 million in Q1 2010.

The global sales for smartphone in the first quarter of 2011 amounted to 99.6 million devices compared to only 55.4 million devices in the same period last year. Almost double!

AVVC's mission is to harness the power of mobility to deliver mobile marketing messages for companies that provide results.

Many companies are finding that building a mobile app can help them extend their branding, customer interaction and company loyalty.

According to a report from InformationWeek Analytics, “Application Mobilization: A Rapidly Changing Landscape” U.S. companies significantly increased their adoption and deployment of
mobile apps in 2010!

Over the last year, some large successful companies such as Pizza Hut and Chipotle have developed apps that allow their customers to view menus, locate locations and place orders through their secure ordering system.

Even Nationwide Insurance developed an app that guides users through steps to take after an accident.

Many banks have developed apps allowing their clients to do virtually all their banking right on their smart phone.

AVVC is building a company that is passionate about mobile. Currently AVVC is focused on mobile applications, later on SMS marketing, bluetooth mobile, mobile websites and QR code promotions.
